Posie is a quirky little girl, who finds joy in all things lost, broken or forgotten. She makes friends in a most peculiar way. She fixes toys for kids in her town, all without them ever seeing her. She also makes toys out of anything she can get her hands on. Posie is inventive and stresses the importance of taking care of what you have, while using your imagination when a toy is no longer new and shiny. This book is brimming with colorful illustrations and there is a special project section at the end of the story for kids to do along with adult supervision(requires simple sewing and scissors). Posie is a great read anytime for boys or girls. It is also a good primary level reading book.Kids in grades 2-4 should especially excell in reading Posie. Look for new volumes to follow this one. Great adventures still to come!
