Set in ancient Mesopotamia, this story of brother and sister, Jomar and Zefa, is a coming-of-age tale. When Jomar is sent as an apprentice to a goldsmith for the temple of the moongod in the city of Ur, Zefa, a talented but untrained musician, goes with her older brother in hopes of finding work of her own.
