Alison Acheson's young adult novel, Mud Girl, was a finalist for the Canadian Library Association's Young Adult Book of the Year. Her most recent releases include: Molly's Cue, a middle-grade novel (Coteau), and Grandpa's Music-A Story About Alzheimer's (Albert Whitman & Company). Alison has previously taught in the creative writing program at the University of British Columbia, and continues to work with writers of widely-ranging ages and interests.
