(2021)
A novel by

Inheriting a run-down French chateau, and her great Aunt’s business, thirty-something, Veronica, reluctantly finds herself forced into the role of hapless newbie slayer.

With her dyslexic best friend, and self-confessed cougar, Olly, as her researcher, they are sent to destroy a range of paranormal creatures.

But when they come across a powerful, handsome vampire with a magically seductive voice, things go from bad to worse.

If only Olly had read the rules correctly.

A fangtastic romantic romp.

“What’s your name, girl?
“You can call me, Stake.”
“I like mine rare,” he grins, “and I can tell you are.”
“Not that kind of steak, idiot,” I scowl at him, “Stake as in, I’m going to stake you in the heart, obviously.”
“I felt it the moment we met,” he puts his hand to his heart.
“Don’t make this harder than it has to be,” I advance upon him. “It’s just business.”
“You are so beautifulllll,” he breathes.
I stop in my tracks as his words send a thrill through my body.
‘Whoa? What was that?’
“Come to me,” he murmurs, holding out his hands.
I want to, every part of me wants to.
“Come,” he wiggles his fingers at me, as my traitorous feet move in his direction of their own accord.
“Oh-oh.”
“Yes, you will be saying that shortly, but it will be more like ohhhh, ohhhh,” he smirks, closing the distance between us and resting his hands on my shoulders.
