The people of Origins think I'm their princess. Too bad I don't remember any of it.
Tanus, my supposed lover, is happy to remind me what I've forgotten, and boy, am I tempted, especially when he feels so familiar and everything about him promises a good time.
But my father should be an auto plant manager, not a king of a planet. My mother shouldn't be dead, but alive. And I should be a storm chaser, not a warrior princess in a short skirt.
Sometimes, when everything suggests you're a princess, you just have to start acting like one. And when the lords of an alien planet are out to kill you, the only good choice is to get them before they get you. Princess or not, I'll be kicking ass like one. Because no matter what planet I'm on or who I really am, I'm not going down without a fight.
