I was super excited about starting my new life at Gates University. It was a chance to find myself. To have some independence. To make out with beautiful women.

Wait. What?

That wasn’t supposed to be part of the program. Sure I never knew what the big deal was when my friends talked about guys they were into. Sure I always felt a burning when I looked at a pretty girl, but that’s just jealousy, right?

Yeah, right.

Everything changed when Lily walked into the dorm room we’re sharing for one night. Lily was calm. Collected. So much cooler than I could ever hope to be. So pretty.

Again. What?

I’m not sure what to do with these feelings. I just know I want to be near her. That she seems to like being near me. Like she really likes being near me. And suddenly I’m looking forward to the big stupid dance mixer the university is putting on at the student center tonight.

Who knows what might happen or where the night might go? Who knows what I might learn about myself? Who knows what Lily might teach me?

Turns out some people always knew who they were. Some people need to ease their way out of the denial. Only now that Lily’s helped me with that realization, it’s time to live life to the fullest and make up for lost time!

College Girl: Orientation is the first in a sapphic romance series with a touch of steam following Peyton’s adventures as she goes on a journey of self-discovery in college, makes new friends, meets new lovers, and leaves the occasional broken heart behind her!
