Fibbing About Fairies
(2028)(The sixth book in the Whispering Witch Mystery series)
A novel by Mildred Abbott
Maeve Hawthorn thought she knew a thing or two about fairies.
They’ve been lying.
When trouble involving New Orleans’ rascally fairy population lands at Maeve’s feet, she and Mischief are pulled into another mystery where nothing—and no one—is quite what it seems. Following the clues means venturing deeper into a magical world Maeve is only beginning to understand, where pretty wings and charming smiles can hide dangerous secrets.
Meanwhile, Maeve’s place within supernatural society is becoming harder to ignore. Powerful witches are watching, old alliances are shifting, and the Matriarch’s plans continue to tighten around her. With Mischief and her unlikely family beside her, Maeve will have to separate truth from fairy tale before someone pays the price.
Because everyone has something to hide.
And some lies have magic behind them.
