(b.1930)Anne Bernays is an American novelist, editor, and teacher.Daughter of Edward Bernays, known as "the father of Public Relations," and the grandniece of Sigmund Freud, Anne Bernays has made a name for herself in the literary world.
A graduate of Barnard College, she was managing editor of discovery, a literary magazine, before moving from New York to Cambridge, MA, in 1959 and beginning her career as novelist.
