This time last year I was just a regular guy with a regular life. Nurse by day, sparkly club twink by night. Then I learned there’s magic in this world, and I almost died in the process. I’m good now. Just a gnarly scar on my belly as a reminder. Well, that and the magical healing ability.
Turns out being the only Healer in, well, ever can put a target on your back, but the local shifter pack is kind enough to lend me some personal protection. Bonus? One of my security guards is Oz, a big giant teddy bear—not an actual bear—who was rescued from a supernatural trafficking ring. He’s trying to get his life back to normal, and I’m happy to help. Dating is a normal activity, right?
Things are going swimmingly until my friend Ellis’ unfairly gorgeous, world-class PITA brother shows up. We do NOT get along. Well, we didn’t. Arch wants to clear the air between us, and since he’s the Hunter who saved Oz, I’m willing to let bygones be bygones.
Only Oz thinks Arch wants me, and he’s interested in Arch too. It’s not greedy to have both of them, is it?
Before I can decide, the evil trafficker shows up again, kidnapping me and Oz AND MY MOM. I’m sure Arch is on his way to save us, but there’s no time to wait.
