Fate overtook drifter Danny O'Maldon shortly after he left Boot Hill City with his winnings at cards. A sheriff's posse, following a bunch of bank robbers, latched on to Danny by accident. This misfortune plunged Danny into the affairs of the Circle H ranch, where he became involved with a personable young woman.
