Don’t judge a witch by her coven…

Blair Alden has been invited to an occult book club meeting along with her mischievous sisters. The book club members don’t know Blair’s secret - that she’s a practicing witch - so they have no idea how special their new guests are. Blair knows all about the occult, but she has other reasons for attending besides discussing books - mainly to keep her sisters out of trouble.

When her sisters suggest a seance to the book club members, everyone is excited except for Blair. She may not be able to stop the seance from happening, but she can at least make sure nothing goes wrong. However, when the lights go out, a scream pierces the air. Trisha Bishop, a disliked member of the club, is found dead with an antique letter opener as the murder weapon.

As if that wasn’t enough, there has been talk of coven rivalry beyond Candlestick Cove’s city limits. Blair will have to juggle her meddlesome family, murder, and a sarcastic cat, while still finding time to get cozy with her police boyfriend, Joel Branson. She'll have to be careful; with her hands this full, she may not see danger coming until it's too late.

Words of Witchdom is the sixth book in the Candlestick Cove Cozy Mystery series.
