(2026)(The seventh book in the House of Midnight Pleasures series)
A novel by Eve Brash
When she was 18, Vianne Shane moved to France to study abroad for a year, fell in love with a sweet, rugged man, and ruined her life. Bastien Lombard was her first love, her sexual awakening, her everything. But when Vianne’s identical twin sister Evangeline came to visit that year, it kicked off a stunning cascade of disasters that changed all their lives forever.
Twenty-six years later, back in town for a friend’s wedding, Vianne has nowhere to hide from her pain. But when they gather for dinner to dissect the past, both she and Bastien discover that nothing about that fateful spring was how they each remember it—and that some truths take a lifetime to come to light.
