The Early Lynching

The Early Lynching

A novel by

Feeling that he might have to fight people of his own blood, young Rice Sheridan leaves behind his adoptive Comanche parents and finds work on the Double Star Ranch. Three years later, he and his boss Seth Early are ambushed by outlaws and their leader, the formidable Vince Corby, brutally murders Early.

Rice survives and reaches town. Here he becomes unwittingly involved with Early's intended mail-order bride Gabriella Devaney and her brother Joshua.

Pitched into a maelstrom of deception and treachery, Rice is nevertheless determined that nothing will prevent him from taking revenge on Corby the man responsible for all his troubles. But he faces death at every turn and there seems little hope he can escape Corby's final devastating showdown.
