This is what my first day at work consisted of:
A lot of nerves and spilling my morning coffee on a stranger.
Snapping at said stranger for not paying attention.
Finding out that said stranger is my new boss.
I’m usually never this much of a mess.
But my older brother got me this job.
Did I mention that he’s best friends with my boss?
Yeah…
So I need to be at my best behavior.
Which means profusely apologizing for the coffee spill, then the snapping, and then maybe the staring…
Because he’s hot.
Part of being a good assistant means never sleeping with the boss.
Especially one who looks like Superman.
And can be a bit scary.
I’d never been one to break the unwritten rules.
But I did… with James.
And it’s going to take a lot to fix my mistake.
