Kiss and Tell

(The fifth book in the Stonecrop Shores series)
A novel by

Just when Cass thought her spring break was going to fizzle out, she ran into her dad’s best friend Jude at the hotel. Literally ran smack into him as she was coming out of the elevator. He’d been her main crush all through high school, and now he’s all she can think about—again. The man is so far out of her league that he might as well be on another planet, but when he asked her to lunch and she sneaked a kiss, she couldn’t help hoping. Of course the whole idea is crazy. Jude would never in a million years go for her. But what if he did?
He’d only held her for an instant, but she’d felt so utterly perfect in his arms. Then, when he accidentally kissed her lips instead of her cheek, it was all he could do not to devour her pretty little mouth. All he could think about now was kissing her until she couldn’t think straight. Maybe if she couldn’t think straight, she’d overlook inconsequential little details like being twice her age and her dad’s best friend. And why had she insisted on inviting him to that beach party? There wasn’t a chance in hell that their kiss and her invitation meant that she was interested in him as a man. But what if she was?
