This year I show them who I am.
The Wolf Run is a far and wide tradition. Shifters come every year when they turn eighteen, to earn their wolf. My mate Ruse ran last year, and he is the sweetest Gamma male to ever exist. I know they will be there this year. Two of my ex best friends will be running with me.
I will show them I am not the weak, scared little girl they left for dead. I will show them the savage I became and the love that I found in Ruse. Seeing them again is going to be a battle in itself, but my hope is to finish as even a Beta so I can mark my mate the way he did me.
What I don't expect is for them to also be mine and what I don't see is the danger from the Redlands. Something happens to my body before I even gain my wolf which sets things spiraling. When two of my mates shift and head back to my village, a raid happens and when i make my way back to the destruction i have choice but to head to the very obvious call from her.
