Will a headstrong Englisher girl be able to survive a life among the rustic Amish?

Maya is your typical Englisher. She is opinionated, does not listen to her parents, and smokes and drinks in private. But her wayward life is shattered when her parents decide to settle in an Amish community.

Noah Schwartz is a young man in his rumspringa. When he sees Maya, he succumbs to the English temptation. It doesn't help when the elders monitor his actions closely.

Will Maya be able to continue to do her own thing in the orthodox Amish community, or will she be taken in by the simple nature of the Amish folks?

Olivia smiled, "There's a quaint charm to that place. It is difficult to explain. You just have to 'get' it."
