There is a reason the intelligence community places a veil of secrecy over their activities.

The Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency, the Pentagon's premiere think tank, has been conducting experiments in trans-humanism, a process where captured foreign terrorists are brainwashed and genetically modified to become covert operatives designed to hunt down Jihadist leaders. With initial testing having been successful, the White House decides to expand the program.

Blake Williams of the CIA and Monica Andersen of the Defense Intelligence Agency are unwillingly brought in to represent their respective agencies and coordinate inter-agency efforts. They are appalled by the inhumanity involved in the project and secretly decide to do everything possible to derail the program.

When North Korea detonates a hydrogen bomb, changing the balance of power in Asia, a decision is made at the highest levels of the U.S. government to use trans-human assassins to eliminate Supreme Leader Kim Chong-un.

Blake and Monica soon discover that the five assassins going into Pyongyang have a far more nefarious mission than merely initiating regime change, one that could have dire consequences for the world. They illegally enter North Korea to prevent the assassination from taking place.

Will Blake and Monica be able to stop the assassins in time and save Kim Chong-un, or will they fail and subject the Korean Peninsula to complete devastation?
