Hector Cotylus has a problem: strange things are happening in the ancient, crumbling tenement building where he lives - doors jam, the elevator stops midfloor and the walls move. When the weird girl in apartment 808 moves in with him it sets in motion a chain of events that threaten to destroy not only Hector's life but also the entire coastal town of Grisly Cape. Can Hector escape the building before an ancient evil older than time itself returns to consume everything?
