(The eighth book in the Love in Porthglen series)
A novel by

A seaside town in Cornwall. A healing heart. A fresh start.

Courtney is passionate about her job at the Cornish Wildlife Preservation League, even at the expense of her personal life. She can tell you the twenty species of woodlice native to Cornwall's woodlands, but she couldn't tell you the last time she went on a date.
And her fire for her work's not going to change anytime soon as news lands on her desk of plans for a new park in the Cornish seaside town of Porthglen, plans which will destroy the mating habitat of the endangered English Brindle Watermouse.
She takes up the mantle and goes head to head with
Joss, the project manager for the park's plans. But she soon finds that she has met her match as Joss incites support for his side of the argument, and the peaceful town of Porthglen is split down the middle.
