Heppie and Mitch live in a disused factory, where their dreamer of a dad, Mo, is trying to set up a film studio. But when their landlord dies, the new owner is determined to drive them out, and soon the factory becomes a terrifying place. And who is following the children leaving a trail of wet footprints?
