Princess Anna Lee lives in a kingdom where an unjust law sends people with disabilities across a raging river to a secret village. One night, the princess falls into the river and is carried across it. The accident has temporarily taken the girl's sight and her memory. As Anna Lee collapses on the distant shore, she hears music that makes her feel safe. The village is a happy place full of music, fun and laughter. Only two people in he village realize that the injured girl they are caring for is the heir to the throne in the castle across the river. By the time the princess has recovered her sight and her memory, she has fallen in love and found the missing pieces of her life in the village. Anna Lee returns to the castle and becomes Queen. She orders a bridge built that unites her kingdom and brings the music, love, and laughter of the village to all her subjects.
