There's no such thing as honor among thieves . . .

Simon Spencer owes his life to his father's oldest friend. If it weren't for his adopted Uncle Cal, Simon would have been orphaned when his notorious outlaw father died. Ever since then, he's done everything he can to repay Cal, even when that's meant stepping into the shoes of his own father. As much as he despises that part of his life, he came to terms with it long ago. He didn't question it--until he's forced to kidnap Francie Park.

Leaving Charleston to live with a widowed aunt in Perseverance, Colorado Territory was meant to be a punishment. But Francie Park is secretly relieved to be out from under the watchful eyes of her overbearing parents. Outspoken Francie was never one to be afraid of adventure, but when outlaws stop her stagecoach and her companions take off running, she finds herself in the company of a small band of robbers.

Simon vows to deliver Francie to her aunt unharmed. As the days together turn into weeks, he finds himself growing closer to her, and Francie is surprised to discover how much more there is to Simon. But she can't let herself fall in love, not when she's vowed never to give up her independence for marriage. And Simon can't leave Uncle Cal--his honor would never allow that.

But their time together is limited. As the choices Simon has made begin to weigh on him more and more, he begins to see that the only way out could cost him everything, including Francie.

Simon's Honor is part of the Winning His Devotion multi-author series. It can be read as a standalone novel or enjoyed as part of the series.
