Some men run when they're hunted. Frank Kane turns around.
A Russian intelligence officer wants out.
What he knows could destroy careers, expose operations, and put powerful men behind bars.
There is only one problem.
Someone already knows he is talking.
Frank Kane's assignment sounds simple: keep the defector alive and move him out of a compromised location before the men hunting him arrive.
Then the first attack comes. The extraction collapses. Communications fail. The roads become killing grounds. And somewhere behind them is a disciplined assassin who doesn't hurry, doesn't miss often, and doesn't stop.
Frank and the defector are forced into the Wyoming and Montana high country, where deep snow, isolated cabins, frozen crossings, and brutal terrain become as dangerous as the men pursuing them.
For once, Frank Kane isn't hunting anybody.
He's the prey.
But the men following him have made one dangerous assumption. They think Frank Kane is trying to escape.
He's not.
He's waiting for the right place to turn around.
THE HUNTED is Book 11 in the Frank Kane Thriller series—a hard-driving action thriller packed with wilderness pursuit, brutal close combat, espionage, and the kind of enemy Kane was born to fight.
Genre: Thriller
