Autumn has arrived in Whipper Will Junction; along with two murders.
While running her new business and preparing for the annual Haunt-A-Thon, Tabby finds herself thrust into the middle of another mystery.
A new resident, Anthony Capri, has offered the use of an abandoned farmhouse on his property for the haunted house needed for the celebration, but his offer comes with strings attached. He needs Tabby's help. Human bones are popping up everywhere in his cornfields.
To make matters worse, Tabby's best friend has stopped talking to her. Jen has pulled away from everyone except her boyfriend, Alex Keyes. Bea Jones, Jen's mother has asked for Tabby's help to find out what is happening to her daughter.
Throw in Gladys Twittle who is trying to convince everyone in town that Tabby is a murderer, and Tabby has her hands full.
