Floyd T. Goad was paid by the railroad to hunt down those who held up their trains and robbed the passengers. Right now, he was after the man who dynamited Forty-Mile Cutting. Posing as a quack pill doctor, he was sent on the trail of the dynamiters, but deadly knives and hot lead faced him and it was in the lap of the gods whether he could accomplish his dangerous mission.
