Dominated by a bullying father and jilted by her fiance, she had wanted only to escape her frustration and make a new life for herself. With a new job and her own apartment, Roslyn let herself be persuaded to assist at a neighborhood counseling center whose director seemed to have more than a professional interest in her. Just when Roslyn was beginning to feel she could respond to another man, her ex-fiance walked back into her life and opened up old woulds.
