The Christmas Complication
(2026)(A book in the Sexy Small Town Christmas Romance series)
A novel by Lexxie Couper
She came for samples. She got Santa hats, storm detours, and one impossible cowboy.
🎄 Microbiologist, Tilly Blackthorne is supposed to be in and out of Wallaby Ridge in a flash—grab the samples, avoid the heat, and head home before Christmas.
Then a storm strands her, a Christmas-crazy outback town adopts her, and Connor Callahan shows up wearing a Santa hat, a crooked smile, and a very bad habit of making her forget every sensible plan she’s ever made. He’s everything she shouldn’t want: a cattle station owner, a small-town legend, and a man who lives on land she may never want to leave.
But when Tilly is offered the job of a lifetime back home in San Diego, the choice becomes brutally simple and heartbreakingly impossible. Follow the career she’s fought for… or trust the man who already feels like home. In Wallaby Ridge, love doesn’t just ask you to take a chance. It asks you to stay.
