Murder in Dixie

An orphan from New Orleans, Laura, finds out that people are adopting her for nefarious motives. Angie dreams of fire and wakes up to a blaze in her bedroom. Jan tries to run away but she can't escape the mysterious fountain at the shopping center in Hilton Head where dead bodies keep turning up. Mattie had better stay clear of the lighthouse on the island where she lives. A maniac is lying in wait for her there. Emily learns that trees have eyes and they are watching her. Danielle's best asset is her god hair --- until it turns into a curse. All these girls have one thing in common --- they live in the South, that region of moonlight and magnolia.
