Return to The Fantasy Factory
(2026)(The second book in the Fantasy Factory series)
A Story by ME Clayton
What happens when you finally stop settling for normal?
An incredible second chapter in life.
Chamber McLaurin
On paper, Chamber McLaurin’s life had seemed like a fairytale. Married to a successful man, twin boys whom she adored, and she had even gone back to school for her degree. Honestly, what more could she have wanted? In fact, for twenty years, everything had run like a well-oiled machine, and her family’s drive and success has been proof of that.
Of course, that’d been from the outside looking in. In reality, though Chamber’s sons had been thriving and doing well, she and her husband had become roommates a long time ago. So, after twenty years of marriage, she had decided to stop settling for crumbs and had presented her husband with divorce papers, which he had quickly and happily signed.
Hayes Rainier
On paper, Hayes Rainier had a pretty good life. Even though he was divorced, his son was doing well, and he even got along well with his ex-wife. He was also lucky enough to be one of the few people on the planet who enjoyed his job. As an acquisitions manager, every day at work was a challenging one, and not for nothing, he was very good at his job.
Of course, that was from the outside looking in. In reality, Hayes had a lot of regrets that he wrestled with each day, though he had learned to live with his demons comfortably. When he’d gotten married, he’d meant his vows, and so he still saw his divorce as a failure that he just couldn’t seem to shake, no matter that his ex-wife had moved on and was happy.
When The Fantasy Factory is a lot more than it seems
Years after her divorce, Chamber McLaurin is the sole owner of The Fantasy Factory, the only club in the city of its kind. Its success is legendary, and now that her sons are adults, the club is her baby. So, when Hayes Rainier shows up with a business offer, she has no problem telling him to kick rocks.
Years after his divorce, with his son finally an adult, Hayes Rainier’s priority is work, and he’s got a very impressive resumé to show for it. So, when he meets Chamber McLaurin to offer her a business proposition, imagine his surprise when he finds himself interested in more than just a business deal.
It was supposed to have been a simple business meeting, but when sparks immediately begin to fly, Chamber has to learn how to trust again, though Hayes is more than ready to jump in with both feet. Nonetheless, things become complicated when the ‘business offer’ isn’t quite what it seems.
NOTE:This book contains adult language, adult situations, and explicit sexual encounters. If sensitive to any of the aforementioned issues, please do not purchase.
