Rex Carpenter

Rex Carpenter was born and raised in the Pacific Northwest. An English teacher, he loves snowboarding, hiking, mountain biking, reading, watching good television as well as both good and bad movies and spending time with his wife and daughter. They currently live in Asia with a never-ending succession of guppy fish that Rex cannot manage to keep alive for more than a month.

He is the author of "The Fixer" series, a political thriller about a hitman. Not that kind of hitman, a cheap hitman, picking up work in dive bars. No, JC Bannister is an elite hitman. A good, nice hitman, the kind of hitman that only takes contracts out to get rid of really bad guys. That's why Bannister calls himself a solutionist, not a hitman. The people he helps call him a fixer, hence the title of the story.
