This novel casts a fresh spell for fans of the boy-wizard genre." — Kirkus Reviews
They gave him a magic pencil. It gave him nothing but trouble.
Ilien Woodhill’s enchanted pencil has a big mouth, a bad attitude, and zero respect for authority. One minute it’s insulting the school bully. The next, it’s dragging him into a world of witches, giants, and a prophecy dark enough to doom them all.
He could throw it away. He could run. He could do the smart thing for once.
But Ilien has never been very good at doing what he’s told.
If you love clever, reluctant heroes, talking objects with attitude, and page-turning fantasy, you’ll devour Nomadin.
Genre: Children's Fiction
