Mahmud al Dhuhoori fought to drag his country into the 20th century, but only succeeds in becoming a pawn of the Arab terrorist leaders. In a firefight he meets Karl Leathers, a British SAS man, who will become his enemy. The paths of the two men frequently cross, but only one can survive.
