Rosanne Charlton joins her friend Ruth and family for a holiday in Southern Ireland. Unfortunately, the holiday is marred for her by the arrival of Ruth's brother, Brendan O'Neill, whom Rosanne has always disliked. However, Brendan's presence is not Rosanne's only problem... Trouble and danger close round her, like an Irish mist, when she becomes unwittingly involved in mysterious activities in the bay - and finds herself fighting for survival in the dark waters of the Atlantic.
