Jim Allen is a fugitive and, on occasion, a terrifying killer called the 'White Wolf'. His twin, on the other hand, is the most feared sheriff in Wyoming. Around the town of Basin, ranchers are losing horses to rustlers, and men are being murdered. They call on Jack Allen to eliminate the predators, but Jim assumes Jack's identity.
