Hayley Beckett’s sister desperately needs a shot of dragon’s blood to save her life. She’s a lawyer who helps dragon-shifters and refuses to buy it on the black market, nor can she join the sacrifice program because of the importance of her job. As they tackle their project and the mishaps along the way, word gets out of what they’re doing and a familiar enemy causes some trouble. Will Nathan and Hayley be able to admit their feelings and be together? Or, will Hayley have to flee Stonefire and possibly the UK for her safety?
