Jamie Harlow is now the star of his stepbrother's docu-series called, Off Shore, where they follow Jamie out to sea, and film reality-TV style, what happens. "They" being his stepbrother and Willow Debantry.

Willow has been born and raised in Selk, and the only thing she finds of interest about herself is working with Carson North on Off Shore. Not only does she love the work, and Carson's visions, but she also loves Jamie Harlow. She's well aware she's all but invisible to him, as the small town girl he's always known, while he's now sought after by Off Shore groupies, from the fame she helped elevate him into.

When one of the show's fans finally becomes more than a passing phase for Jamie, Willow has to make peace with being Jamie's friend and nothing more.

Until tragedy strikes, and absolutely everything changes in only a split second...
