Attack of the Kaiju Volume 1: Age of Monsters is an anthology of giant monster stories that looks at kaiju and their effect on humanity from various points of view. Stories range from witnessing and dealing with kaiju attacks from the perspectives of everyday people like businessmen, soldiers, scientists, special effects masters, and families. The anthology also deals with the perspectives of giant monster attacks from super heroes, spies, wizards, fairies, other kaiju, and even the great Sherlock Holmes himself!

This debut anthology in the series offers a wide range of writers from established kaiju novelists Matthew Dennion (
Atomic Rex series; Operation R.O.C.; Operation Megalodon series; Kaiju Faithful); Zach Cole (Kaiju Epoch); Timothy Price (Big in Japan); Neil Reibe (Gilgamo vs Super Allosaurus; War of the Sea Monsters); Christofer Nigro (Megadrak: Beast of the Apocalypse series; Dargolla: A Kaiju Nightmare); Cody Bratsch (Zernocia: Rise of the Guardian); and Jesse Wilson (Narbosaurus). Most importantly the first edition of this anthology offered several stories from first time writers on the precipice of becoming renowned kaiju authors in their own right, including Cody as well as Brion Halloway, Alexander Dumitru, and Robert Galvin, and these stories are re-presented and freshly edited for this new edition.

Originally a self-published work from Matthew Dennion, this tome is now back in print for the first time in years under the imprint of Wild Hunt Press. And exclusive to this 2nd edition is a new bonus essay from renowned author John LeMay (the
Lost Films series; The Big Book of Japanese Giant Monster Movies series).

From out of the uninhabited areas such as the swamps of Florida to the bottom of the ocean. From the time of myth and legend, to the streets of 19th century London, to the End of Days. The
Attack of the Kaiju has begun!

Rated PT+ (Prime Time Plus) for violence; some language; and intense themes.
