When Amora Garcia and her two younger sisters flee their father’s citrus plantation in Veracruz, Mexico, their stepmother vows to destroy them, just like she did with the girl’s mother.

Escaping to the United States, the young women live in a constant state of fear and upheaval until they land in a desolate place called Last Chance.

Will faith, family, and friends be enough to give the shunned senorita a fresh start, or will it take the tender regard of a gentle farm boy to bring hope to Amora’s heart?

Welcome to Last Chance, Nebraska. If you liked The Blizzard Brides, you are going to love Last Chance Brides. After the drought of 1893 and the crop failure of 1894, Last Chance finds itself on the brink of death once more. Most of the townspeople have departed, businesses have closed, and the town is nearly bankrupt.

This is an interconnected multi-author project, but each book is a complete story with a HEA ending, no cliffhangers. They can be read alone but should be read in order for the most enjoyment.

The story of the Garcia sisters continues in the books
A Chance for Dia and A Chance for Luciana.
