Oaths of Bronze and Betrayal
(2026)(The second book in the Celtic Fire and Fate series)
A novel by Michelle Deerwester-Dalrymple
Emrys and Seren have finally found each other. Will betrayal and battle tear them apart?
The darkly compelling conclusion that began with Oaths of Bronze and Yearning, Emrys and Seren come face to face with the monsters that surround them.
Their marriage should have made their tiny part of the world more secure. Seren is finally safe behind the walls of the tower and in Emrys' arms. Their kingdom has managed to forge alliances with the Fae and other tribes and push back an invading Under-Forge. Yet they cannot find a moment of peace to enjoy their passion.
Danger lurks in the shadows, including from those closest to them. Under-Forge is becoming more aggressive, more threatening than ever. If they are going to defeat the Under-Forge nation for good, they will need to find strength in each other.
But when Under-Forge hits at the heart of Emrys' tribe, they may lose everything. How far will Emrys go to save everything and everyone he loves?
A steamy Celtic romantasy of forbidden magic, enemies, forced proximity, emotional scars, fierce protectors, magical bonding, revenge, and a love neither is meant to survive.
