Shortly before Thanksgiving, Jenny is organizing her new kitchen. She pulls out a cardboard box with a warning in her grandmother’s spidery writing. She ignores the message and removes a sterling silver gravy boat. However, she has more to worry about than a serving piece. A creepy workman, a sarcastic husband, and her kids occupy her time. Only her great-aunt understands. On Friday the 13th, she realizes she has less than two weeks to prepare for the holiday meal. She cries as she finishes the dishes and stares at the silver boat above the sink. The reflective sterling changes to clouds of gray, white, and black as an image begins to emerge.
