Everyone in town is thrilled when Harmony Lake is selected to host the country’s largest annual yarn and fibre festival. If there’s one thing our cozy, tight-knit community does well, it’s plan a party!
This year’s theme is Knit Fast, Dye Young, and features a speed knitting competition and free yarn dyeing lessons for kids.
But happiness turns to horror when someone takes the theme literally and a world-renowned yarn dyer turns up dead in a vat of her signature red dye called, Be Still My Bleating Heart.
Who killed the famous fibre artist? Why is everyone who knew her acting so sheepish all of a sudden? Why are Aunt Millie’s hands covered in red dye stains?
Can I stitch together the clues and needle out whodunit before another victim dyes? I hope so, but with thousands of extra people in town for the fibre festival, finding a killer is like searching for a knitting needle in a haystack.
