Christmas is coming and American teenager Febbie has problems. Her parents’ marriage is in trouble, and she might have to move home, meaning that she could soon be leaving her school and the boy she admires from afar. Things get a whole lot worse when she goes to stay with an aunt in an English seaside town. It feels odd enough anyway, but then a series of events causes her to become hopelessly trapped in the 1950s.
