Plundered Range

(1936)
A novel by

Fent Crocker had been foreman of the Hamlin ranch for fifteen years, and with Luke Hamlin growing old and a little soft, he had begun to day-dream of himself as owner of the Hamlin spread. That explains why he had it in for young Race Cullyer. For Luke Hamlin's only daughter, Fox, wasn't at all unhappy to have the young cowboy around. Fent, however, didn't intend to let that interfere with his plans, so he tricked Race into an argument with the Basque sheepmen. That turned out to be dynamite.
