I couldn’t say no.
Ray Barclay is a visionary researcher like no other, on the verge of a genuinely world-changing breakthrough.
That’s why I seized this last-minute opportunity to visit him at ZolaCore’s space launch facility.
Now, I’m the lucky journalist carrying out an all-access interview in the final few days before he blasts off to The Beacon space station.
At least, I thought I was lucky.
What I didn’t know until I arrived is that while Ray stands at the edge of history, rabid opponents of his work are lurking in the shadows.
I also didn’t realize that just by coming here, I would be raising my own head above the parapet and stepping into the firing line.
Touring this facility is opening my mind to a whole universe of untapped wonders. But what I see now is that some people don’t want the world to change.
What I see now is that some very motivated people want to block Ray’s research from going any further — by any means necessary.
Blazing a trail way beyond the normal limit of human courage, Ray Barclay is willing to risk everything to secure a brighter future for all mankind.
