City of Stolen Magic (2023)
Nazneen Ahmed Pathak
"An unexpected gem of a story . . . A stellar setting, a gut-punch of a twist, and an unforgettable heroine. This has all the hallmarks of classic children's storytelling."

The False Rose (2021)
(Sally Jones)
Jakob Wegelius
"This is old fashioned storytelling in the finest tradition. I was transported to Sally Jones’s world of sea ports and sailors and gangsters and I couldn’t have enough. Every word was an utter delight."

The Valley of Lost Secrets (2021)
Lesley Parr
"A story of friendship, love, loss and belonging; of looking at people deep past their exterior, and of the love and pain in a human heart. There's a cracking mystery at the centre of it, but it was the Welsh backdrop and Jimmy's journey to acceptance that stayed in my heart long after I'd closed the book."

The Wild Way Home (2020)
Sophie Kirtley
"Delivers in spades. It made me laugh, cry, gasp and turn the pages for one more chapter every time I had to stop."
