Christmas in Paradise is always a little different. No snow or hot chocolate to make this time of year festive. But Christmas in Saddle Key is special this year. I'm married, we are raising his daughter Chloe together, and we are now expecting our first child together. Mike and I have never been happier.
But this is Saddle Key, and I have come to realize that mysteries are now a part of our everyday life. That includes a robbery of our beloved restaurant, Milly's. Mike has worked so hard to make Milly's a special place for the whole town. Why would someone break in and ravage the place and steal Mike's famous Key Lime Pie recipe? Especially during Christmas . . .
It will take all of us to solve this crime. That includes my brothers and their significant others.

I have the worst headache, I'm hungover, and there is a woman lying next to me. Handcuffs keep us together. I don't know who she is, why she's in my bed, or why we she is handcuffed to me.
I touch her face to wake her, but she is so cold to the touch. That is when I see it - a bullet to her forehead. What the hell?
Not the best thing to happen to me as the new Sheriff of Monroe County. I better find out who she is before my friends at the FBI show up to take over this case. My friends in the Saddle Key PD have to know that I didn't do this. Heck, I don't even remember what happened the night before at the Five Diamond Resort. Hopefully, Audrey Lawson, the marketing director for the resort, can help me solve this case. It doesn't hurt that she's adorable and my daughter loves her.

When he shows up at the Saddle Key Memorial Hospital, he bumps into a woman he thought he knew. He adores Audrey Lawson, but he knows she's in love with Sheriff Ryan. The woman who saves him looks just like her. Except she's a nurse.
Maggie Lawson is a RN and the lead Charge Nurse for the ER at Saddle Key Memorial. When she sees the gorgeous Russian bleeding out from six gunshot wounds, she immediately knows he's bad news. Anyone who gets shot like that is bad news. But she's drawn to him and his bad-boy ways.
Armen and Maggie must solve the shooting before the feds get involved. Or Armen's life may be in even more danger than he thinks.
