One failed exorcism. One viral haunting. One deeply inconvenient crush.

For a ghost, Leo is terrible at haunting.

His doors won’t slam, his apparitions barely flicker and he once spent an entire afternoon trying to knock a picture frame off the wall only to leave it hanging slightly crooked.

In his defense, he’s working with limited resources. He doesn’t remember his name, his life, or much of anything before an idiotic medium ripped away half his mind.

So when another one shows up with a tape measure, a toolkit, and a YouTube channel, Leo reacts about as well as you’d expect.

Nate comes from a long line of mediums, but he treats the family gift like a real estate hack: buy haunted, exorcise, renovate, flip. It’s always worked.

Until Leo.

Nate can’t exorcise him. He can’t sell the house. He can’t even get the ghost to stop criticizing his paint colors and waging war against the Roomba. Leo is annoying, impossible, and far too easy to look at for someone technically dead.

Then Nate’s bank starts breathing down his neck, and desperation gives him a terrible idea: if Leo won’t leave, Nate will put him on camera.

Going viral might save Nate’s career.

But falling for the ghost was never part of the business plan.
