The Sauna Murder Society
(2026)(The first book in the Sauna Murder Society Mystery series)
A novel by Graham Goodwood
Six regulars.
One seaside sauna.
And a body in the cold plunge.
Every Wednesday morning in Cliffhaven-on-Sea, the same six people gather at the sauna at the end of the pier.
Steam.
Sea air.
A little gossip.
For retired librarian Mo Blythe, it’s the perfect way to begin the day.
Until one Wednesday, when a man is found dead in the ice bath.
The police say it was an accident.
But Mo has spent a lifetime noticing the details other people miss.
As whispers spread through the cafés, beach huts and backstreets of Cliffhaven, Mo and her fellow sauna regulars begin quietly asking questions of their own.
Because in a town where everyone knows everyone, the truth can be surprisingly difficult to uncover.
Someone in Cliffhaven is sweating.
And it isn’t the heat of the sauna.
Someone knows what really happened.
And in Cliffhaven, secrets have a habit of travelling faster than the tide.
