What is the woman artist really up to?

When Jasmine Fenwick mistakes his identity, Ed Reeman lets it go, fearing she's his daughter's birth mother with whom his ex-wife has threatened him. With Rachel removed to safety, he's determined to learn the answer. To do that, he must spend time with Jasmine. By the time he's convinced she is innocent, Ed has fallen hard. He's about to come clean when Rachel is injured. Jasmine admits parentage and offers her blood to save the girl's life. Desperate, Ed accepts, but swears that blood is all the two can ever share. By the time he sees the truth, that Jasmine hid her identity for the same reason he hid his - to protect Rachel - she's disappeared.

Will he ever be able to find her again, and if he does, how will he manage to convince her that they deserve more together than a few, magical dawns?
